Airolink Outlook 98 or 2000 Configuration

Follow the step-by-step pictures on configuring your Outlook 98 or 2000 mail client to receive/send your Airolink e-mail.

First, open Outlook by going to Start, then Programs, then scroll down towards bottom and click once on the Outlook icon.

Now it should be open and look similar to the picture shown below.

Then click on Tools, then Accounts as shown below.

Then click on Add, then Mail as shown below.

 

Then enter the name you wish to appear on your e-mails. Then click next after entering your name.

 

Then enter your Airolink e-mail address. This can be found on your Airolink contract.

Then enter the information for the Airolink servers as shown below.

 

Then enter your Airolink username and password. These can also be found on your Airolink contract. The password is case-sensitive. Click on next when done entering the information.

 

Select "Connect using my local area network (LAN)", and then click Next

Then click on finish.

Your Airolink e-mail is now setup. Just click on the Send/Receive button or hit F5 on your keyboard to start receiving your e-mail.
