Existing customers with USB Clients, or PC cards can have an ethernet device installed for $99.00. This Ethernet device would allow customers to connect a wired or wireless router and connect multiple computers.

The first steps to take when you are experiencing internet access problems.

If you are unable to get online. Unplug your Wireless device, and then plug it back in.
This is done because like all electronic devices, lock ups do happen.  Resetting the devices allows  traffic to flow again

For Customers Ethernet Smartbridges, Unplug the small black power cable from the black powershot,
wait 30 seconds and them plug the power cable back in.  Try to get online.  If unsuccessful, reboot your computer and try to connect again.

For customers with Orinoco USB radios, Unplug the USB cable from the device, wait 30 seconds and then plug it in.  Try to get online. If unsuccessful, reboot your computer, and try again to connect again.

For customers with Orinoco PCMCIA Card radios, Pull the card  out wait 30 seconds and then push it back in.  Try to get online. If unsuccessful, reboot your computer, and try again to connect again.

If you are still unable to connect, Please call us at 680-5465.
